Tickets are on sale now for the Fabulous Mother of the Year™ contest. Come join the most fabulous
mothers in Alberta as they share their stories of inspiration, triumph and unfailing love.
Grab a girlfriend, your mom, daughter, sister, aunt or grandmother and spend the afternoon
enjoying a fabulous high-tea style event, complete with gourmet teas and coffee, scones and sweets as
we celebrate the beautiful gifts that mothers give to the world.
The Fabulous Mother of the Year™ event is on Saturday, May 7th, 2011, the day before Mother’s Day,
and makes a very unique and thoughtful Mother’s Day gift for all the fabulous mothers in your life.
Tickets are $35 each, with all net proceeds of the event going to the Learning Disabilities Association of
Alberta- Calgary Chapter, helping kids with ADHD and learning disabilities lead fabulous lives. Each ticket comes with a $20 charitable tax receipt from the Learning Disabilities Association of Alberta- Calgary Chapter. Thank you for your fabulous support!

Your email receipt for online payment is your ticket. Please add all names that should receive a charitable tax receipt in the space provided below. Print off your email receipt and bring it with you to the event as your proof of purchase.
